Mr. Suraj Prakash Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that co-accused Pradeep Singh Rajpurohit has since been enlarged on bail by the learned Trial Court and, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application stating that he would prefer the bail application before the Trial Court.
