This is a petition filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('BNSS') on behalf of the Applicant/accused seeking grant of regular bail in FIR No. 711/2024 dated 30.09.2024 registered under Sections 328/376/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at P.S. Rani Bagh.

(IO) that the prosecutrix has been informed about the filing of the present application and she has requested for legal aid representation to oppose this application.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the charge-sheet has been filed; however, the charges are yet to be framed in the matter. 7.

At this stage, learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant may be granted liberty to withdraw this application and re-file the application after recording of the prosecutrix's statement and framing of charges in the proceedings before the Trial Court. He, however, prays that the Trial Court be requested to record the statement of the prosecutrix expeditiously.

This Court has been informed that the next date of hearing before the Trial Court is 10.02.2025. The Trial Court is requested to hear the matter expeditiously as far as permissible according to its board. 9.

The IO is directed to send a request to the Forensic Science Laboratory ('FSL') for prioritizing the results in this matter forthwith. 10.

The Applicant herein is granted liberty to file an application for regular bail after prosecutrix's statement is recorded and charges are framed in the proceedings before the Trial Court.
