O R D E R

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience and non-compliance of the order dated 20th September, 2023 passed in W.P. (C) No. 12390/2023.

By way of the said order, the respondents were directed to dispose of th the Statutory Appeal dated 09 February, 2022 filed by the petitioner within a period of four months from the said date. It is submitted that despite the aforesaid, the Statutory Appeal of the petitioner has not been decided. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for respondents on advance notice submits th January, 2024, the appeal preferred by the petitioner that by order dated 18 has been decided. The departmental proceedings and the Order of Penalty dated 19th February, 2021 have been quashed/set aside and the petitioner has been reinstated into service with immediate effect. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same and submits that the petitioner has already been reinstated, after the present petition was filed.
