Counsel for petitioner states that electricity connection has been installed and, therefore, order stands complied with, for which this contempt petition has been filed.

It is contended that Rs.7,740/- has not been returned to the petitioner, however, counsel for TATA Power states that the said amount was refunded to the petitioner on 26th April 2024.

If there is any issue in this regard, counsel for petitioner is always at liberty to approach counsel for respondent-TATA Power seeking clarification.
