By this application (I.A. No.5984/2016), plaintiff prays for withdrawal of the suit on account of the compromise between the parties. 2.

Application is allowed and the suit is allowed to be withdrawn. 3.

Court fee however cannot be refunded because court fee to the extent of 50% can be refunded only before evidence is recorded and in this case plaintiff has already filed affidavits by way of evidence. 4.

Applications and suit are accordingly disposed of. 5.

Next date of 5.8.2016 is cancelled.
