The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India,1950, assailing the order dated 20th November, 2025 passed by the trial court in MISC. SCJ bearing no. 13/2025, whereby the application under Order XLVII Rule 1 CPC for review of order dated 10th January, 2025 has been dismissed.

During the course of arguments, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that since the application for review has been dismissed against the main order, the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the said order by availing appropriate legal remedies and, therefore, prays that the present petition be disposed of as withdrawn.

Keeping in view the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to avail the legal remedies in accordance with the law. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
