The main grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal is pending before the NCDRC for the last about 9 years but is not getting disposed of. 2.
It is submitted that the next date listed before the NCDRC is 18.02.2025 to hear and dispose of the appeal expeditiously preferably within a period of two months.

Learned counsel has also drawn the attention of this Court to the previous order dated 14.11.2019 passed in CM(M) No. 1474/2019 whereby this Court had requested the NCDRC to make an effort to hear the matter finally on 28.01.2020. Despite the said order the appeal has not been disposed of.

Since the matter is now listed for 18.02.2025 for final arguments, the petition is disposed of, again, with request to the NCDRC to make all possible endeavors to hear the final arguments on the said date, so that the matter is disposed of expeditiously.
