This petition was filed by the petitioner seeking invocation of proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act against the respondents for the reason that they have failed to comply with the

directions made by this court on 8th December, 2017 and had not filed the status report within the time granted. Inasmuch as the respondents have filed the status reports and are also taking action to ensure protection of the forest and the land in question, we are not inclined to proceed in this matter further. 2.

In view thereof, notice is not required to be issued to the respondents.

This petition is dismissed.
