The appellant has filed the present appeal, inter alia, impugning an order dated 01.06.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge whereby the court had issued the notice to the Official Liquidator and permitted the Official Liquidator to file a reply to the proposal of the former director/ shareholder of JVG Group of Companies seeking revival of JVG Finance Limited and amalgamation of JVG Group of Companies. 4.

The appellant submits that a proposal for revival scheme in the given facts is not maintainable.

We do not consider it apposite to entertain the present appeal essentially for two reasons. First, it has been filed with a delay of 570 days and there is no credible explanation for the said delay (CM APPL No.4664/2025). raising such objections before the learned Single Judge. 6.
