The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "a. pass an order/direction thereby initiating the contempt proceedings under section 12 of the Contempt of Court Act against the respondents for not complying with the directions of this Hon'ble Court as contained in Order dated 19.09.2024 in W.P.(C) No.13102/2024 whereby, the respondents were directed to fill up within six weeks all the available unfilled vacancies for appointment to the post Assistant Sub-Inspector (Pharmacist) for the vacancies as advertised in 2020 by the CRPF, and grant appointments based on the merit of the candidates and the respective categories to which they belong; and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. b. impose appropriate punishment and exemplary cost on the respondents for their willful violation of the Order dated 19.09.2024 in W.P.(C) No.13102/2024 of this Hon'ble Court and for compelling the petitioner to approach this Hon'ble Court; and c. pass any other orders or directions as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.

FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS, THE HUMBLE PETITIONER SHALL EVER PRAY AS IN DUTY BOUND."

Learned counsel for the respondent point out that the order dated 19.09.2024 passed in W.P.(C) 13102/2024 has been stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 29.08.2025 in SLP (Civil) diary no. 36416/2025. The aforesaid order is handed up in Court and the same is taken on record.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to revive the same, subject to outcome of the said SLP.
