The present petition was disposed of on 05.08.2024 with directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to file affidavit on the aspect of FDRs as directed in paragraph 17 of the aforesaid order.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the FDRs in terms of the aforesaid order have been made and the affidavit to that effect has also been filed.

Learned APP for the State also confirms that the aforesaid order stands complied with.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed. The Registry need not list the matter again.
