The present petition under Sections 2(b)/11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:- "(a) Issue contémpt notice to the Contemnor/Respondent and punish the Contemnor/Respondent for committing contempt of this Hon'ble Court, for disobeying, defying and willful disobeying and not complying the order dated 04.03.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. (C) No. 3278 0f 2024 "S.S. AND COMPANY Vs. GOVT. OF NCT DELHI"; (b) Any other or further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case be also passed in favour of the Petitioner."

Vide judgment dated 04.03.2024 in W.P.(C) 3278/2024 it was directed that the SDM would dispose of the pending application filed on behalf of the petitioner passing a reasoned order after giving an opportunity to the petitioner for personal hearing.
