Bail Appln.2577/2019 Vide the present application, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in FIR No. 164/2019 registered at Police Station - Vasant Kunj for the offences punishable under Sections 354(D)/509 of IPC and 67(A)/67 of Information Technology Act, 2000. Keeping in view the offensive SMSs sent by the applicant to the complainant and the fact that the present case is second offence within two

months, therefore, I find no ground to grant bail to the applicant. The application is accordingly dismissed.
