The present petition under section 528 of the BNSS (Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.) seeks following prayers:- "(a.) Quash the F.I.R. No. 485 of 2009 qua the Petitioners herein, under Sections 498A, 406, & 34 of the India Penal Code, 1860 and all proceedings emanating out of it, in the interest of Justice; and/or (b.) Pass any other order(s) which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 4.
