The present Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner to set aside the impugned Order dated 31.10.2023 vide which the Application under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 filed on behalf of the Respondent No. 2/Complainant has been allowed, directing registration of FIR. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition.

In view of the submission made, the present Petition along with pending Applications is dismissed as withdrawn.
