Heard the learned Counsel for the Parties.

This Public Interest Litigation Petition concerns itself with the adequate medical facilities in the District Court Complexes in Delhi so that emergency healthcare may be provided.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner has drawn our attention to Jan Aarogya Mandir Scheme, which has been implemented across Delhi, and has prayed that such facility be established in the District Court Complexes as well. It has also been stated that though the District Court Complexes have some facilities of dispensaries, but the same do not appear to be sufficient and accordingly, the District Court Complexes may also be provided with the facilities of the Jan Aarogya Mandir Scheme, where all the adequate medical systems and facilities may be made available. We permit the Petitioner to make a representation in this regard to all authorities, including the Registrar General of this Court, within a fortnight. Once such a representation is made, the same shall be considered by all the authorities concerned in consultation with the High Court Administration and appropriate decision, as may be warranted under law, shall also be taken.
