% 30.01.2018 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that Shri. Jag Mohan Lal, Former Addl. Director General, CPWD, for whom the petitioner had also given his consent, has been appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the parties. The Arbitrator has also given his disclosure in terms of Section 12 of the Act. In view thereof, the counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition as the same has become infructuous.
