The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:
"It is therefore most respectfully prayed that FIR No. 0780/2022 P.S. Bawana may kindly be quashed in view of the above stated facts and circumstances and in the interest of justice." 2.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the latter seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with a prayer to direct the learned Trial Court for expeditious trial.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
