The present petition seeks enforcement of Award dated 11.12.2025 under Order XXI and Section 151 of the Civil Procedural Code, 1908 read with Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by which the Judgment Debtors have been directed to pay a sum of Rs. 1,90,37,979/- along with compound interest @ 15.25% per annum with effect from 01.01.2020 till the date of the award, as well as cost of Rs. 4,99,934/- 2.
