Vide this petition, petitioner prays that the petitioner has been ordered to be released on furlough on furnishing two sureties of Rs.10,000/- each.

He prays that petitioner is unable to arrange two sureties. He may be permitted to furnish one surety.

Learned ASC does not oppose the same.

In the interest of justice, order stands modified to the extent that now the petitioner be released on furlough on his furnishing one surety of Rs.10,000/- in place of two sureties.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
