The present petition has been filed under Section 14 and 15 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["Act"] seeking termination of the mandate of the learned sole Arbitrator in the Arbitration case titles as "M/s Swastik Exports. v. M/s Rameshwari Overseas Pvt. Ltd." bearing No. DIAC/10955/05-25 and to substitute the said Arbitrator with another sole arbitrator for the adjudication of the disputes as between the parties.

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that in the event this Court is inclined to direct the Delhi International Arbitration Centre ["DIAC"] to decide the application dated 28.10.2025 in accordance with Section 13 of the Act, which has been preferred in terms of Rule 10 of the DIAC Rules, 2023, the Petitioner would not press the present petition. 3.
