This petition is filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of period for concluding the arbitration proceedings.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection to the prayer made, however, contends that only a reasonable period be granted. 3.

In view of the above, the time period for conclusion of the proceedings is extended by six months from today. The intervening period is regularized.
