The instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for seeking parole for a period of three months. Status report is on record.
Learned ASC informs that the address of the petitioner has been verified. She, however, informs that the conduct of the petitioner is not good and he has been given various punishments. 2.
Nominal Roll dated 21.12.2017 reveals that the petitioner was convicted under Sections 302/307/34 IPC and was sentenced to undergo RI for life imprisonment with total fine `4,000/-.
Crl.A.163/2009 was dismissed by this Court on 13.11.2009. Nominal Roll further reveals that the petitioner has already undergone fourteen
years, seven months and fifteen days incarceration besides remission for one year, nine months and two days as on 25.10.2017. It further reveals that he is not involved in any other criminal case and is not a previous convict. Earlier he was granted parole twice and there are no allegations of its misuse.

In the interest of justice and for the reasons mentioned in the writ petition, the petitioner is granted three weeks parole from the date of his release, on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. After completion of parole period, the petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent.

It is, however, directed that the petitioner shall improve his conduct and behaviour and shall not indulge in any such activity leading to punishment.
