Defendant no. 1, Mr. Pawan Kumar Goyal is present in Court. 2.
Mr. Sachin Gupta, learned counsel for the defendant nos. 1 to 3 state on instructions from defendant no. 1 that defendant no. 2's website which finds mention at paragraph 36 of the order dated 16.04.2025 will be taken down by defendant nos. 1 to 3 within 24 hours. 2.1. He states that the website will be taken down in compliance with the order dated 16.04.2025.
2.2. He states that the said statement is being made without prejudice to the rights and contentions in I.A. 1998/2025 which is pending consideration. 2.3. seek a clarification of the order dated 16.04.2025 from the predecessor Bench, which passed the order.
2.4. He states that however, defendant no. 1 has been using an e-mail address sahil@kjsteels.com and its extensions, uninterruptedly, since the year 2013.
2.5. He states that pending decision on clarification, defendant no. 1 may be permitted to use the said e-mail address and its extensions which were existing as on 16.04.2025.

In response, the learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the issue of the said e-mail addresses is also covered by the order dated 16.04.2025. He states that he reserves his right to address on this issue before the Hon'ble Judge who passed the order dated 16.04.2025.

The aforesaid statement of defendant nos. 1 to 3 is taken on record. 5.
Defendant nos. 1 to 3 shall ensure that the website is taken down within 24 hours. Subject to compliance, Defendant nos. 1 to 3 are permitted to continue the use of e-mail addresses and extensions (referred to in paragraph 2.4) only until the next date of hearing, till the matter is clarified. 6.
Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that in addition to the website there are other non-compliances by defendant nos. 1 to 3 including the continuation of the signages.

Learned counsel for defendant nos. 1 to 3 states that defendant nos. 1 to 3 undertake to ensure that all steps are taken to be in compliance of the order dated 16.04.2025.

Plaintiff is directed to address an e-mail to counsel for defendant nos. 1 to 3 within 24 hours, enlisting all the violations qua directions passed in the order dated 16.04.2025.

Defendant nos. 1 to 3 will ensure due compliance and remedying all the said violations within 72 hours of the receipt of the e-mail. 10.
List for consideration for compliance on 03.09.2025 in 'Supplementary List'.

On the next date, the Court will consider the oral request of defendant nos. 1 to 3 for placing the matter before the predecessor Bench for clarification of order dated 16.04.2025.
