HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT
O R D E R
% 25.11.2019 Vide the present revision petition, the revisionist seeks directions thereby to set aside the order dated 26.08.2019 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate in CC No. 388/2013 and allow the application dated 10.04.2019 under Section 311 Cr.P.C. and Section 165 The Indian Evidence Act and the application dated 20.07.2019 under Section 165 of The Indian Evidence Act filed by the complainant/ petitioner in CC No. 388/2018.
Heard the learned counsel for the revisionist at length. There is no illegality and perversity in the order passed by the learned Trial Court. Moreover, learned counsel for the petitioner failed to establish his case and he further failed to satisfy this Court on the query put to him. Finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed. SURESH KUMAR KAIT, J NOVEMBER 25, 2019/PB
