This petition, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["the Act"], has been filed for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties under Contract dated 01.05.2012. 2.

I am informed that the Tribunal has reserved the award. 3.

Mr. Sandeep Das, learned counsel for the respondent, appears on advance notice, and states that the respondent has no objection to the relief sought.

Consequently, the petition is allowed and the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is extended, as prayed, until 31.05.2024. 5.
