Learned counsel for respondents no. 1 and 2 seeks correction of the judgment dated 6th July, 2018.

It is submitted that the Savings Bank Account of respondent no.2- Puranwati is with Punjab National Bank, C-7, Main Road, Johripur, Shiv Vihar Branch, Delhi-110094 (IFSC Code: PUNB0490700) but the same has been recorded incorrectly in para 10(ii)(b) of the judgment dated 06th July, 2018.

Para 10(ii)(b) of the judgment dated 6th July, 2018 is corrected and the corrected para would read as under:- Respondent no.2, Puran Wati A/c No.225600 0100291875 with Punjab National Bank, C-7, Main Road, Johripur, Shiv Vihar Branch, Delhi-110094 (IFSC Code: PUNB0490700)."

Learned counsel for the Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation seeks extension of time to deposit the enhanced award amount. In the interest of justice, further three weeks time is granted to Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation to deposit the enhanced award amount failing which the officer responsible for non-compliance shall remain present in Court on the next date of hearing. 4.

List for reporting compliance and disbursement of the enhanced award amount on 26th October, 2018.
