During the course of hearing, Mr. Bhatt, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case the dispute relates to dishonourment of cheque for sum of Rs.1.50 lacs. He, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to pay Rs.1.50 to the respondent.

Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that respondent is willing to accept this offer with respect to disputes related to the present cheque however, respondent will continue to press the claims/proceedings regarding the remaining disputes. 3.
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has offered to settle the matter immediately on receipt of summons and notice.
