The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the Trial Court conclude the trial in FIR No.91/2003 registered with PS R.K. Puram on a day-to-day basis. 2.

It is pointed out that the petitioner had earlier filed a petition being W.P. (Crl.) 239/2011, which was disposed of by an order dated 21.02.2011, directing the trial court to expedite the trial. It is seen that almost nine years have since elapsed and the trial has not been concluded as yet. 3.

In view of the above, the trial court is directed to ensure that trial is completed as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of three months from today.
