The petitioner filed an Eviction Petition under Section 14 (1) (e) of the Delhi Rent Control Act bearing RC ARC no. 98/2021 titled as Girdhari Lal Jain vs. Sanjay Singh Verma.

The respondent after service of summons as per Third Schedule of Delhi Rent Control Act, filed an application, which was ordered to be allowed vide order dated 30.10.2023.

The petitioner being aggrieved filed the present petition. 4.

The counsel for the petitioner stated that the present petition can be disposed of with the direction to the trial court to conclude the trial preferably within a period of 06 months, to which the counsel for the respondent stated that he does not have any objection. 5.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with the direction to the trial court to make every possible endeavour to conclude the trial preferably within a period of 06 months from the date of receipt of this order.
