The parties have since settled their disputes. Both the parties have filed applications for withdrawal of the petitions [I.A. 37064/2024 in O.M.P. (COMM) 609/2020 and I.A. 37073/2024 in O.M.P. (COMM) 51/2021] 3.

Learned counsel for the parties are present and confirm the settlement.

The applications are, therefore, allowed and O.M.P. (COMM) 609/2020 and O.M.P.

(COMM) 51/2021, alongwith all pending applications, are dismissed as withdrawn.
