By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to look after his ailing mother and re-establish social ties. 2.

A status report has been filed by the State. As per the status report, the mother of the petitioner was found residing at House No. 169, Gali Jamun Wali, Punjabi Fatak, Ballimaran, Chandni Chowk, PS Lahori Gate. Though no medical papers have been filed as the mother is getting treatment through Ayurveda. However, the fact that the last parole was granted to the petitioner on 16th October, 2017 and before that also earlier furloughs and paroles were granted which concession the petitioner did not misuse, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner to re-establish ties with the mother and other family members.

It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM. 4.

Petition is disposed of.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
