The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:- "It is therefore most respectfully prayed before this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to set aside the impugned orders dated 17.10.2025 & 09.12.2025 passed by Sh. Umed Singh, Ld. PJFC, North-west, Rohini District Court, Delhi in HMA No. 2647/2024 titled as "Kushal l\/littal Vs Rishika Goyal", in the interest of justice.

Any other or further order/direction which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the matter may also be passed in favour of the petitioner in the interest of natural justice.

Learned counsel for the parties point out that application on behalf of the petitioner under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 is pending before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North-West District, Rohini Court and is now listed for hearing on 23.02.2026. Learned counsel for the parties further submit that they shall argue on the said application on the date so fixed and would not take any adjournment.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a request to the learned Family Court, North-West District, Rohini Court to decide the application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, as expeditiously as possible without giving undue adjournment to either of the parties.

Needless to state that subject to the outcome of the aforesaid application, the expenses for the Local Commissioner will be accordingly determined by the learned Family Court.

Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. 8.

Copy of the order be sent to learned Family Court, North-West DIstrict, Rohini Courts, Delhi, for necessary information and compliance. 9.
