The present petition under Section 447 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks the following reliefs: "(i) Transfer the complaint case pending in the Court of Ms. Divya Singh, Ld. Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi, in Complaint Case No. 29050/2023 titled as "Karina Fincap Ltd. Vs. Anjali Bhuchar" to the Court of Ms.. Nishi Jindal, Judicial Magistrate First Class-05, Patiala House Court, New Delhi; and / or (ii) pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper on the facts and in the circumstances of the case, in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents." 2.

Mr. Anuj Arora, Counsel for the Respondent, states that the Respondent has no objection to the relief sought in the present petition. 3.

Considering the above, the present petition is allowed and Complaint Case No. 29050/2023 titled as "M/s Karina Fincap Ltd. Vs.
