By way of the present application, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 401/2025 dated 11.10.2025, registered at P.S. Chhawala, District Dwarka, New Delhi, under Section 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

After some hearing, Mr. S.H. Ansari, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the applicant to renew his application for bail before the learned Sessions Court after examination of the material witnesses.

The present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the above submission.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any comment on the merits of any proposed application before the learned Sessions Court, which shall be considered by the learned Sessions Court in accordance with law.
