The present writ petition has been filed seeking enforcement of the order passed by this Court on 11th March, 2025 in W.P.(C)3095/2025 titled "Rajender Adhikari v. Municipal Corporation of Delhi & Anr." filed by the same petitioner.

The aforesaid writ petition was disposed of by this Court, making note of the submissions of MCD that a show cause notice dated 7th March, 2025 has been issued and the respondent/MCD shall take further action in accordance with law.

Mr. Kumar Shashwat Singh, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/MCD on advance notice submits that pursuant to the aforesaid show cause notice, a demolition order was passed on 3rd June, 2025, which W.P.(C) 1159/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. was challenged by the respondent no.2 before the Appellate Tribunal MCD and in the said proceedings, statement was made on behalf of the respondent/MCD that it shall not carry out any demolition action against the said property.

It is stated that the said statement is still continuing in the aforesaid proceedings.

In view of the aforesaid narration of facts, no relief can be granted in the present petition and the same is disposed of accordingly. 5.

Consequently, all pending application(s) stand disposed of.
