The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers: "a) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction as may be deemed appropriate by this Hon'ble Court, directing the respondents herein to renew/extend the Visa of the Petitioner namely Ms. Mekhribon Sultanova and set her free from illegal detention;

b) Issue writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 1 and 3 to release the Petitioner from illegal detention on temporary permit till her visa is renewed/extended.

c) Pass any other or further orders, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the present case."

There is no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner. 3.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents has handed over an Order dated 02.01.2024 and states that restrictions imposed vide Order dated 31.10.2022 on the Petitioner herein has been revoked and the Petitioner has been granted returned Visa vide Order dated 28.12.2023. The said Order dated 02.01.2024 reads as under:
