The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents no.1 and 2 to take action against the respondents no.3 and 4 for obstructing the common passage, unauthorized blockage of common areas by illegally installing gates as well as carrying out unauthorized construction at property bearing No. L-36B, Sheikh Sarai-II, New Delhi-110017. 2.
Status report is stated to have been filed on behalf of the respondent no.1/ MCD.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the parties submit that show cause notices for unauthorized construction have been issued to the petitioner as well as the respondents no. 3 and 4.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of, while directing the respondent no.1/MCD to take appropriate action, in accordance with law, after giving personal hearing to the petitioner as well as private respondents no. 3 and 4.

In the event the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorised construction, he is at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

All rights, contentions and legal remedies of the petitioners as well as the private respondents are kept open.
