Learned standing counsel for the respondent No.2/CBSE submits that in pursuance of the interim order granted by this Court vide order dated 24.01.2025, the CBSE, vide its e-mail dated 27.01.2025 has allowed the request of the petitioner for the change of subject (s) i.e. Physical Education (048) to Biology (044) in respect of the petitioner herein bearing Registration No. D/2/25/25369/0065.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the facts and circumstances, the prayer of the petitioner stands satisfied and the petition may be disposed of.
