Present petition has been filed seeking following prayer:- "In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the present case, it is prayed that from this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus or any other appropriate Writ Order or direction, thereby directing the respondents to production of the minor child of the petitioner namely xxx, who is being illegally detained/kidnapped by the Respondent Nos. 3 to 10 and also issue other appropriate order restraining the respondents specially Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 from selling, giving up for adoption the minor child."

The same is taken on record.

As per the status report, the alleged missing child of the petitioner is with her mother only.

The mother and child have also been contacted and their photo has been shared through Whatsapp.

Copy of status report has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner for his information. Such report clearly depicts that child in question is safe and with her mother only.

In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition. The petition is disposed of accordingly. 8.

Petitioner would, however, be at liberty to take steps before the Family Court, if desirous of seeking custody or visitation rights of his Child.
