This is an application filed under Section 151 of the CPC, 1908 seeking early hearing of the present petition.

Petitioner has filed the present application in light of the fact that he has been removed from the vending area. On humanitarian grounds, the Petitioner seeks permission to do some vending activity in the vicinity itself on a temporary basis.

Let this application be considered by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (hereinafter, 'MCD') and the Petitioner be permitted to vend in some area in the vicinity, for vending food/ snacks as per the terms and conditions of the Certificate of Vending (hereinafter, 'CoV'). 6.
For the said purpose, let the Petitioner appear before the Assistant Commissioner, MCD of the South Zone, Ward-S-86. 7.
The decision shall be taken by MCD in this matter by 5th June, 2025. 8.
The petition is disposed of in the above terms. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
