The petitioner has filed applications (I.A. 38438/2024 in O.M.P. (COMM) 55/2021, I.A. 38549/2024 in O.M.P. (COMM) 56/2021, I.A. 38538/2024 in O.M.P. (COMM) 57/2021) in these three petitions for permission to withdraw the petitions. It is stated that the management of the petitioner company has taken a conscious decision not to litigate these disputes further.

Mr. S.P. Mukherjee, learned counsel for the petitioner, is present and confirms this position.

Learned counsel for the respondent is also present, and has no objection to the application been allowed.

The applications are, therefore, allowed and O.M.P. (COMM) 55/2021, O.M.P.
