Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the present Petition was filed for quashing of FIR No. 718/2023 dated 20.09.2023 under Section 420/465/468/471 and 120B of IPC registered at Police Station Seema Puri. 2.

However, since then, the matter has been settled with the Complainant. A copy of which has already been supplied to the IO and the SHO.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file the fresh Petition on the grounds of Settlement with the Respondent.

Petition is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly with liberty as prayed for. Pending Application, if any, also stands disposed of.
