By way of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioners seek following prayers:- "A. Pass an order issuing of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing Respondent No. 2 and 3 to ensure and provide protection to the petitioners from the actions of respondent no. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9."

Learned ASC for State appears on advance notice and submits that there are multiple FIRs between the parties, and that the disputes is essentially between the brother-in-law and the sister-in-law. 3.
A copy of the Action Taken Report has been handed over and the same is taken on record. lodged multiple FIRs. While on the complaint of the petitioners, 4 FIRs have been lodged; on the complaint of the respondent, 3 FIRs have been lodged. 3.
Considering that both the parties have taken recourse to law by filing complaints before the concerned Police Station on which action has also been taken, the present petition is disposed of alongwith the pending applications. The parties shall be at liberty to seek appropriate recourse as may be available under law. Needless to state that if any further complaint is received in the concerned police station, the same shall be dealt in accordance with law.
