The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction upon respondent No. 1-Collector (North), to dispose of an appeal filed by it under Sections 64 and 65 of the Delhi Land Revenue Act, 1954, against orders of the Tehsildar, Sub-Divisional Magistrate ["SDM"]. 2.

Mr. Sumit K. Batra, learned counsel for Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi ["GNCTD"] has entered appearance. He states that the appeal is next listed before the Collector on 26.03.2025. 3.

Nos. 3 to 9] are not before the Court today, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the appeal would be listed before the District Collector on the date fixed i.e. 26.03.2025, and the District Collector will make an attempt to dispose of the appeal within a period of three months thereafter and in any event, within a period of five months thereafter. 4.

The aforesaid order be communicated by learned counsel for GNCTD to the Collector.
