% 14.01.2020 This is a petition filed by the petitioner under Section 11(6)(a) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an Arbitrator. Mr. Gurpreet Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states, the present petition is totally misconceived as the arbitration proceedings are also going and the petitioners herein are appearing before the learned Arbitrator wherein they have also filed a reply to the claim petition. He also states that the next date of hearing before the learned Arbitrator is January 24, 2020.

If that be so, Mr. K.K. Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the petition and states that the petitioners herein shall appear before the learned Arbitrator on the date fixed. The petition and the connected application are dismissed as withdrawn.
