By this application the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 9th January, 2018 and release on personal bond or depositing cash surety. 2.

Though status report has been filed, a further detailed status report will be filed indicating where the sisters of the petitioner are residing and whether they are in a position to furnish surety bond or not. 3.

On the next date, Superintendent, Mandoli Jail is directed to produce the petitioner in Court.
