This suit is filed by the Plaintiff seeking inter alia permanent injunction against Defendant No.1 from infringing its copyright and passing off as also rendition of accounts, delivery up, damages, etc. 2.

Learned Senior Counsel for the Plaintiff, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the suit with liberty to file a fresh suit on the same cause of action with complete particulars.

The suit along with pending applications stands disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.

Plaintiff is held entitled to refund of entire court fees under the provisions of Court Fees Act, 1870.
