Mr. Amol Sinha, learned Addl. Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that since IO was transferred, therefore, the cancellation report in terms of order dated 27.05.2024 could not be filed. Mr. Sinha, on instructions from the IO who is present in Court, submits that cancellation report will be filed within a period of two weeks from today. The statement is taken on record.

In view of the above statement, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that no further orders are called for in the present petition.
