Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present regular bail application has become infructuous, as the petitioner has expired on 14.01.2020. Copy of order dated 15.01.2020 passed by the learned trial court regarding proceedings qua accused/petitioner stands abated, is placed on record.

In view of the above, regular bail application is dismissed as it has become infructuous.
